As the news of Brexit continues and the world awaits to see the far-reaching impact, I’ve decided to support both England and Germany.

Ok, that’s not entirely true.

I’m supporting them by accident.

They just happen to be the exporters of two products that I’ve been considering for quite some time.

I’ve decided I need a better solution for my garbage needs and I really wanted to improve my sound system since I like music. A lot.

With that, I found this Joseph Joseph bin which has enough compartments for all the recycling that Japan offers / finds necessary and that I still find somewhat intimidating. I just need to decide what I’d like to use each sub-bin for (the larger bin has four sub-compartments). It has made for a much neater garbage storage solution though a little confusion while I sort this all out.

My speaker is a sound sensation. It was also a little tricky to fit the new cover as a single person (it’s a B&O a9). It is clearly a job meant for two and even after watching various YouTube videos, I’m not convinced otherwise.

I’m persistent though.

Without the aid of a chewing gum wrapper or a Mars Bar like MacGyver, I used a mixture of two pieces of cardboard and one piece of plastic to fit it properly. I now have it playing Spotify well though for some reason, I can’t seem to log into my TuneIn account. More experimenting required.

All in all, I’m happy with my garbage storage solution and my sound quality.

I hope those impacted by the Brexit referendum can come to some equally satisfying arrangement. If it’s aesthetically pleasing, all the better.

Otherwise, sort out the garbage and pump up the tunes.

Life goes on and we all choose to make of it what we will. There’s always challenges whatever path is chosen.
